Who are we?

Mark and Marjorie Hulslander, we are a husband and wife team ready to provide for all your property needs. We both have been caring for homes since 1989 and decided we wanted to work together to provide homeowners with a service that would give them more free time and know that there home was in good hands.

Mark’s Qualifications:

20 years in the custom home building business, 12 of the years were spent as Senior Project estimator and Project Manager, overseeing multiple projects and subcontractors at the same time. Experienced in all aspects of construction from site work to foundations to handing the homeowner the keys. Key holder for many estates while homeowners are living out of town or on vacation

Marjorie’s Qualifications:

15 years in the Home cleaning and janitorial business, responsible for the cleaning of many upscale homes on a weekly basis.
